USE TERMS &
CONDITIONS
The Person Photographed consents to being photographed by Mawrsi and authorizes the publication of photographs depicting them in accordance with the uses selected in the form associated with this agreement.
This authorization is limited to the uses expressly approved and does not constitute a general waiver of image rights, privacy rights or any other rights recognized by law.
COPYRIGHT
Mawrsi retains the copyright to photographs for which it holds such rights. Appearing in a photograph does not confer any ownership rights in that photograph.
USE AND INTEGRITY OF PHOTOGRAPHS
Mawrsi agrees not to use photographs in a misleading or harmful context, or to alter them in a way that misrepresents the Person Photographed.
Technical adjustments necessary for presentation are permitted, provided the artistic integrity of the photographs is respected.
The use of photographs to train artificial intelligence systems, create synthetic representations of the Person Photographed or produce derivative content is not authorized under this agreement.
SHARING PHOTOGRAPHS
The Person Photographed may share photographs published by Mawrsi for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided that the credit “© Mawrsi” is retained, the images are not modified, and the rights of others are respected.
Any commercial use, sale, redistribution through an image bank, or use for training artificial intelligence systems requires the prior written authorization of the relevant rights holder.
DURATION AND REMOVAL
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, this authorization is granted for an indefinite period, subject to applicable laws.
Any request for removal or restriction may be sent to info@mawrsi.com. Mawrsi will review the request and take appropriate action when removal is justified, agreed upon or legally required.
CONFIDENTIALITY
The information collected is used to administer the photography session and document the authorizations granted. It will be protected and retained in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
ACCEPTANCE
By submitting the form, the Person Photographed confirms that they have read and understood this agreement, freely consent to the selected uses, and understand that copyright remains with Mawrsi, subject to third-party rights and applicable laws.
This agreement is governed by the laws applicable in Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
